RETURNS & EXCHANGE POLICY

We are committed to ensuring that our customers are completely satisfied with their purchases. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we offer a 30-day return or exchange policy. To be eligible for a return or exchange, the item must be unused and in the same state that you received it. The item must also be in the original packaging. To initiate a return or exchange, please contact our customer service team.

 

We will send you detailed instructions on how to return the item and any associated costs. Once we receive the item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund or exchange. Please note that some items may not be eligible for return or exchange due to hygiene or safety reasons.

SHIPPING (NZ ONLY)

Please be advised that once your package has been dispatched from our premises, the responsibility for its safe and timely delivery lies with the shipping company, NZ Post.

 

We will provide you with a tracking number so that you can monitor your shipment's progress. If you have any inquiries or issues, please do not hesitate to contact us and we will do our best to assist you.
